Sigen Energy Controller

Choose the electrical platform before choosing the model.

Sigenergy’s controller combines solar inverter functions with intelligent energy management and compatible high-voltage battery control. The correct unit depends on your supply, array layout, export limit, loads, DNO position and whether backup is required.

Single phase

3–12 kW

For most UK homes and smaller premises with a single-phase electrical supply. Nine output sizes allow closer matching to the property and agreed grid connection.

Before choosing a model

Can I fit a three-phase inverter to a house?

Only where the property has a suitable three-phase supply and the network connection and design support it. Many UK homes remain single phase.

Does a larger inverter always mean more generation?

No. Roof area, orientation, shading, module layout, export restrictions and the agreed grid connection all affect the practical design.

Can Sigenergy provide backup during a power cut?

Backup needs compatible controller, battery, gateway and circuit design. Sigenergy specifies 0 ms load-side disruption under its stated system conditions; this is checked project by project.

Can batteries be added later?

Often yes, when the original design, model and electrical arrangements allow it. Planning expansion at survey stage avoids avoidable redesign.
