Not necessarily. Many batteries and inverters are designed for outdoor mounting. A cover may improve the appearance and provide additional shielding, but it is an optional accessory, not a substitute for correct equipment selection or safe positioning.

It should only be fitted where the required cooling airflow and manufacturer clearances can be maintained. We check the proposed size, ventilation gaps, site orientation and equipment specification before quoting.

There are many sizes available, including options for combined inverter and battery arrangements. Send us equipment photos, model numbers and measurements, and we will assess the options.

A lockable option is available on suitable designs. We will discuss whether it is appropriate for your installation and how the equipment can remain accessible for servicing.

Yes, on selected designs. Insulation is not suitable in every location or with every piece of equipment, especially where heat build-up could occur. We assess this before recommending it.
