Can you repair a system installed by another company?
Yes. Much of our repair work involves systems installed by other companies, including where the original business has stopped trading or no longer provides support.
My battery is not charging. Does it need replacing?
Not necessarily. Charging problems can be caused by settings, CT installation, communications, firmware, tariff schedules, configuration or electrical faults. Diagnosis should come first.
Can you replace an old solar inverter?
Yes. We can test the existing system and recommend a compatible modern inverter where replacement is required.
Can you investigate low solar generation?
Yes. We can investigate panels, strings, inverters, optimisers, shading, metering and monitoring to identify likely causes of poor performance.
Will scaffolding be required?
Many inverter, meter, monitoring and ground-level faults can be investigated without scaffolding. Safe roof access may be needed for panel, rooftop cable, mounting or bird-damage work.
