Mr Solar saves the day.
My father had had batteries fitted to his solar panels via another company not by Mr Solar, but when it came to put in his figures for his payment, they had generated very little. He contacted the company who promised to come out on numerous occasions but never came back. Dad contacted Mr Solar who was happy to help and found the inverter had not been set up right. Thanks to mr Solar everything is back up and running. We are very grateful.

Help and advice when it is needed.
I purchased my system from Mr Solar just over a year ago and have had excellent performance from the system. I view my daily intake etc from an app on my phone. Due to building works near to me, we recently lost internet connection for over 4 days and nights. When we got the net back, I noticed my app had re connected but changed. I was getting power from the panels but the battery wasnt giving it up when needed. On an off chance, I phoned Mr Solar,s office on a Saturday for help and within a couple of hours, Ian was on the phone sorting the problem remotely.
He had got my message while at home but chose to respond anyhow. I cant tell you how rare and valued that kind of service is in this day and age and a serious point to consider when considering who to purchase your system from. Thanks Mr Solar.

Excellent service
Just had solar panels fitted by Mr Solar and already saving on electricity on a dull January day! Ian was very informative when doing the quote (which was competitive). The fitters, Russell and Haydon, were excellent – hard working, polite, respectful and tidy, even when they were on the roof in a snow storm. Early days but looking good.
